Level 3 Award in Education and Training Courses
Sunshine Level 3 Award in Education and Training
This is a foundation course to get you into teaching within any vocational sector, as long as you have a minimum of 3 years practical experience in the subjects you wish to teach and are 19 or older. The level 3 award in education and training is an introductory, knowledge-based teaching qualification, which prepares you for teaching, or training in a wider context. The course is fully accredited by Sunshine and mapped to the National Occupational Standards. This course is perfect if you want to teach short, accredited courses. So if you want to run your own training academy or work alongside a company offering accredited courses this is the course for you.
Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Education and Training

Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement Courses
Sunshine L3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
This is an assessors training course. You will learn how to assess others who have undertaken vocational courses. Anybody who has had at least two years practical experience in the subject they wish to assess may undertake this course. This course is designed to assess students that are undertaking short accredited course or apprenticeship.
Qualsafe L3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
This is an assessors training course. You will learn how to assess others who have undertaken vocational courses. Anybody who has had at least two years practical experience in the subject they wish to assess may undertake this course. This course is designed to assess students that are undertaking short accredited course or apprenticeship, as well as NVQ's and more through the regulation route.
Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training
Sunshine Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training
This is a Teacher Training course, where you learn how to teach others. Anybody who has a teaching qualification, such as the AET Level 3 (or it`s predecessor) may undertake this course. This course is designed for educators actively educating as it focuses on your own specialist area.

This is an internal quality assurance course, great for an individual wanting to learn more about internal quality assurance or currently assessing and want to upskill. You will need access to 2 assessors to complete this course.
